Students Grievance Redressal Cell

Objectives

  • To create and implement a mechanism to handle the complaints made by students and redress them speedily.
  • To prevent disputes from arising among the students.
  • To provide secure and contended environment to the students.

Functions

  • The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written Redressal of Grievance from the students within 7 working days.
  • The cell formally will review all cases and will act upon accordingly .

Procedure for lodging complaint

  • The student may feel free to put up  Redressal of Grievance in writing and drop it in boxes.
  • The Redressal of Grievance cell will act upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary documents.
  • The Redressal of Grievance  cell will assure that the grievances have been properly solved on time.
